Is it not an incredibly effective communicator? Nurture…. is too presumptuous a verb. Listen. Listen is perhaps the best verb. Engage all your senses in knowing your child. Inhale. Exhale. Be present and in the moment with your child. This is not a friendship. This is not therapy. This is witnessing and indicating that you are witnessing. You actively engage your life and your child.
