It?s product is residual of correction and corroboration.
It’s primary function is to challenge preconceptions (memory?s bastard) by refining and expanding capacity to perceive.
While signification of perceptual data into individually differentiated (unique) symbols is an essential survival mechanism, this mechanism ?mutes? or ?freezes? mercurial, contextually shifting reality.
Drawing objective: original, singular experiences through the disassociation from signification. The act of curdling practical perception from objective reality is a physiologic one?processed by the body/brain in an emotionally visceral response.

What’s the role of the viewer of detritus?

“Expression” and all it’s ego-laden baggage obfuscates and distorts.

Well, I sent an email to my ex-wife in the midst of a very nasty custody trial in Manhattan family court expressing my enthusiasm for her possibly filling the position he would have to vacate if he went to work for the Obama administration.

The term single-payer describes the kind of financing system that H.R. 676 uses. It means that one entity–in this case, established by the government–handles all billing and payment for health care services. Right now, there are thousands upon thousands of “payers”– HMOs, PPOs, bill collection agencies, etc. The sheer volume of paperwork required by our current system means that administrative waste accounts for roughly 31% of the money spent on health care. The single-payer system would eliminate the wasteful paperwork and administrative costs, redirecting more of our health care dollars to providing care.
